Ken's Dirty Dives

I imagine that anyone that's ever opened a travel magazine or watched the tele for more than 12 minutes has seen the lights, glamour, & action of Las Vegas. It's almost a sinister fairytale in many ways, people flock here to elope, spend $10,000 on bottle service at a club, or loose everything and take a header off the tallest thing they can find. Not forgetting of course Vegas was captured perfectly in what I would call my 2nd favourite movie of all time, Casino (first being, The Great Escape with Steve McQueen). Casino is the business, no amount of Meet the Parents or Home Alone's will ever top the roles Pesci & De Niro played. This was them at their highest peak. Scorsese came close with Goodfellas, but failed miserable with The Irishman. My biggest issue with The Irishman wasn't that it was 73 hours long, it was that Pesci & De Niro roles felt reversed.
